Each purchase of Hypnotist Secrets Core (2-Year Access Pass), Lifetime Access (including its Masters of Hypnosis bonus), Sleep on Command and the separate From Bricks & Balloons to Induction training, as well as earlier Core Content and Early Access purchases, is covered by a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product is not a fit, email tyler@hypnotistsecrets.com within 14 calendar days after purchase to request a full refund of that product’s purchase price, including taxes charged on that purchase where applicable. You do not need to complete lessons, prove lack of results, submit coursework, or explain your reason. Accessing or downloading the material does not by itself void this guarantee.
New $7 workshop purchases follow the conditions in the workshop refund promise below. Earlier workshop purchases retain their original refund promises.
The guarantee period is measured from the purchase timestamp on your order record. A request sent within the period remains timely even if we read or process it later. If a technical access problem prevents you from using the purchase, contact us promptly; your rights concerning undelivered or faulty content are not limited to this satisfaction period.
2. How to request a refund
Email tyler@hypnotistsecrets.com with the subject “Refund request.” Include the email used at checkout, the product you want refunded, and the approximate purchase date or receipt/order reference if available. If you bought multiple products, specify which item or items you want refunded. If you cannot find the receipt, contact us anyway so we can help locate the order.
We may verify ownership before refunding. Never email a full card number, security code, password, or login code. You will receive a reply when the request has been reviewed and the refund has been submitted. If you have not heard back, reply to the same email thread; the original request date remains the relevant date.
3. Separate products and bonuses
Your course package and any separately purchased Sleep on Command product have independent purchase dates, refund periods, and access permissions. Refunding Core ends access granted by that Core purchase. Refunding Lifetime Access ends access granted by that package, including its Masters of Hypnosis bonus. Refunding a course package does not automatically refund or remove a separate Sleep on Command purchase, and refunding Sleep does not remove your course package. A bonus supplied as part of a refunded product has no separate cash refund value.
The refund is based on the amount actually paid after discounts, not a higher advertised list price. Declining an upsell is not a refund request and does not cancel an earlier purchase.
4. Processing and payment method
Refunds are returned through the original payment transaction to the original payment method, subject to provider rules. We do not deduct our payment-processing fee from a refund covered by this guarantee. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears and any independent foreign-exchange or banking charges. We cannot guarantee a bank’s posting time. Contact us with the refund confirmation if a credit appears delayed so we can help trace it.
If your original method is closed or replaced, your bank or payment provider may need to route the credit. We will work through the payment provider rather than ask you to send payment credentials by email.
5. Access after refund
After a refund is approved, access to the refunded product ends. Stop using and delete downloaded copies of that product’s protected materials, except records you must retain for legal purposes. You keep access to any separately purchased product that was not refunded. If an access error affects an unrelated purchase, contact us and we will investigate.
6. Duplicate, unauthorized, or disputed charges
Report duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or purchases you do not recognize promptly. These issues are investigated separately from the satisfaction guarantee. You may also contact your bank or payment provider to protect your account or exercise dispute rights. Contacting us first is encouraged when useful but is not required to preserve those rights.
If a bank dispute is already open, let us know so we can avoid duplicate reimbursement and follow the provider’s process. We do not impose a penalty for making a good-faith dispute. Only the affected product may be restricted while a payment issue is investigated; unrelated paid access should remain intact.
7. After 14 days and mandatory rights
For course and $7 workshop purchases outside the voluntary satisfaction period, change-of-mind refunds are not automatically guaranteed, but please contact us about delivery failures, duplicate charges, or a product that does not match its description. Nothing in this policy excludes non-waivable consumer guarantees, statutory withdrawal rights, or remedies for faulty or undelivered digital content.
Where the law requires express consent and acknowledgment before immediate digital delivery affects a statutory cancellation right, this policy alone is not that consent or acknowledgment. The voluntary 14-day guarantee remains available even where digital-content cancellation rights have otherwise been lawfully limited.
8. One-time purchases and policy changes
Core, Lifetime Access, Sleep on Command, workshop and purchased personal-review credits are one-time purchases. The separate Inner Circle membership renews on the schedule accepted at checkout and follows its membership terms. Account deletion is not itself a refund request. Any older or separately offered subscription follows its own purchase terms; contact us if you are unsure what you bought.
The refund promise presented at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. We will not retroactively reduce it through a policy update. For questions, contact tyler@hypnotistsecrets.com.
Workshop & personal video reviews
For new $7 USD Your First Hypnosis Demonstration workshop purchases under this offer, the separate 14-day refund promise has these conditions: If you go through the workshop, try it with a friend and still feel the training did not give you a place to start, email tyler@hypnotistsecrets.com within 14 calendar days after purchase to request your $7 back. We do not require a recording, submitted coursework or other proof. Earlier workshop purchases retain the refund promise shown when purchased. For new one-time personal video review purchases under these terms, discretionary change-of-mind refund requests may be accepted case by case only when received within 24 hours of purchase and before Tyler starts work. No discretionary refund is available once work begins. Work begins when Tyler starts evaluating the submitted recording or preparing the recorded response; that start time is recorded. A request received before work begins is assessed using the request’s received time.
An unused purchased review credit never expires. Leaving it unused does not extend the 24-hour discretionary refund-request window. Purchased credits remain independent of membership; joining or canceling Inner Circle does not remove an unused paid credit. A refunded or reversed review purchase no longer grants that paid entitlement. An included monthly review is a membership benefit and has no separately paid cash value.
These are voluntary refund terms. They do not restrict any refund, cancellation, statutory withdrawal right or other remedy required by applicable law, including for a faulty or undelivered service. Where an express request is required to begin a service during a statutory cancellation period, this policy alone is not that request. Earlier review purchases retain the refund promise made when purchased, including any promise of refund eligibility until recorded feedback is delivered.
The optional From Bricks & Balloons to Induction training is $29 once at workshop checkout, for a $36 total with the $7 workshop. It has its own 14-day satisfaction guarantee and is available immediately in your member library after purchase. Sleep on Command is the separate $39 optional add-on at Core or Lifetime checkout, for a $136 or $236 total respectively. Each checkout offers only its own add-on. Earlier purchases retain their prices, items and original promises.
