Hypnotist Secrets is operated by Hypnotist Secrets LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to our website, purchases, and educational content supplied under the Hypnotist Secrets brand. Contact us at tyler@hypnotistsecrets.com. Our branded members website hosts the course library and workshop accounts with secure email sign-in. Stripe processes current course payments through hosted checkout. Movement remains a provider for existing deliveries and upstream course media. Their own terms apply to your use of their services alongside these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and our Refund Policy forms part of the purchase terms.
2. Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to purchase or use the courses. Review these Terms before purchasing. When you affirmatively accept these Terms in connection with a purchase or account, you agree to them. Merely viewing a policy or visiting a confirmation page does not create a purchase. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the paid content. You may save or print these Terms for your records.
3. Educational scope and responsible practice
The courses provide educational and recreational hypnosis instruction only. They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, professional supervision, or clinical certification. No instructor-student healthcare relationship is created. “Sleep on Command” is a product title, not a promise to treat insomnia or control another person. We do not guarantee any particular response, skill level, income, or professional qualification.
Practice only with willing adults who understand the activity and can freely decline or stop. Obtain express consent before physical contact or recording. Use a safe, supported setting and stop if anyone becomes uncomfortable. Never practice while driving, operating machinery, in water, at heights, or where loss of balance or attention could cause harm. Do not use the material to exploit, coerce, deceive, humiliate, or attempt to treat another person. Seek qualified professional advice about health concerns rather than relying on course material. You remain responsible for your conduct and applicable professional or licensing requirements.
4. Products, prices, and separate purchases
The full Hypnotist Secrets course has two one-time purchase options: Core at $97 USD for two years of unlimited access, and Lifetime Access at $197 USD for lifetime access to the full course plus the Masters of Hypnosis bonus module. Choose one of these packages. Masters of Hypnosis is also available as a separate $47 USD one-time purchase. It is included with Lifetime Access and is not included with standard Core enrollment. Sleep on Command is an optional $39 one-time add-on at Core or Lifetime checkout, for totals of $136 or $236 respectively, and is not included in the base package. The $7 workshop has a separate optional $29 From Bricks & Balloons to Induction add-on, for a $36 total. Each checkout offers only its own add-on. The induction training is available immediately in your member library after purchase. Earlier purchases retain their original prices, purchased items and promises. The sales page and checkout identify the content, price, currency, and any applicable taxes or discounts before payment. An optional offer is not charged merely because you view it, click to inspect checkout, or decline it. Purchasing one product does not purchase the other. No recurring subscription or automatic renewal is created by these one-time purchases.
You authorize only the payment you submit through checkout using a payment method you are entitled to use. Your bank may apply currency-conversion or other charges outside our control. If a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund it rather than impose an unapproved higher charge.
5. Delivery, accounts, and access
Full-course content is delivered online through your member library after a successful purchase, using provider-hosted video where applicable. Existing Movement deliveries and original purchase terms are retained. Your First Hypnosis Demonstration is delivered separately at your workshop account after payment confirmation and email verification. Use an accurate email address you can access and the same email for additional purchases. For course and workshop access, request a secure email sign-in link from the members website. An older Movement account does not replace email verification on our members website. Keep credentials and login links private; accounts and purchases are for individual use unless we expressly agree otherwise. Notify support if your account is compromised or access does not arrive.
A compatible browser, device, and internet connection are required. Availability can be interrupted by maintenance or provider outages. Report persistent access problems so we can investigate. For new purchases under the 2-Year Access Pass, Core access lasts two years from the successful purchase date, with unlimited use of the included training during that period. Lifetime Access includes lifetime access to the full course and the Masters of Hypnosis bonus module. A one-time purchase has no scheduled renewal fee; the access description made at the time of purchase controls. These Terms do not shorten any access period already promised. If we permanently discontinue a paid product, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and address unfulfilled commitments and applicable remedies. New products, private coaching, live events, or future paid upgrades are not included unless expressly stated.
6. License and intellectual property
After purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view purchased content and use materials for your own learning. Download only files made available for downloading. You may apply what you learn responsibly, but you may not redistribute, resell, upload, publicly screen, share account access to, or reproduce the videos, workbook, recordings, branding, or substantial course text without permission. No ownership in those materials transfers to you. Rights provided by applicable law, including lawful exceptions to copyright, remain intact.
You must not bypass access controls, scrape protected content, introduce malicious software, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or use the content for unlawful purposes. Third-party trademarks and materials remain their owners’ property.
7. Messages, feedback, and participant material
You retain ownership of material you send us. You grant only the permission reasonably necessary to review it, respond to support requests, and provide the service. Do not send recordings, images, or private information about another person without permission. We will seek separate permission before using your identifiable testimonial, image, or recording in marketing. Purchase does not require a testimonial or public review.
8. Refunds, disputes, and access changes
Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies independently to full-course, Sleep on Command and From Bricks & Balloons to Induction purchases. New $7 workshop purchases have a separate 14-day refund promise: If you go through the workshop, try it with a friend and still feel the training did not give you a place to start, email tyler@hypnotistsecrets.com within 14 calendar days after purchase to request your $7 back. We do not require a recording, submitted coursework or other proof. Earlier workshop purchases retain the refund promise shown when purchased. For new personal review purchases, discretionary refund requests may be accepted case by case within 24 hours of purchase only before Tyler starts work; no discretionary refund is available once work begins. Earlier review purchases retain their original refund promises. See the review refund terms. A refund ends access to the refunded product and its included bonuses, not an unrelated product you keep. Statutory consumer rights remain available. Contacting us first may help resolve a billing issue, but it is not a condition of exercising bank or legal dispute rights.
We may temporarily restrict the affected access while investigating credible fraud, unauthorized access, or serious misuse. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a chance to resolve mistakes. We will not remove an unrelated purchase merely because a different product is disputed. A restriction does not eliminate a refund or remedy required by law.
9. Service limitations and liability
Except for express promises made at purchase and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the material is supplied for education without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or particular outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the service, and our aggregate liability arising from a paid product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, to fraud or willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be limited, or other non-excludable liability. They do not limit your refund rights or mandatory consumer remedies. Nothing requires you to waive rights that applicable law protects.
10. Changes, governing law, and other provisions
We may update these Terms prospectively and identify the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account contact details where appropriate; additional acceptance will be requested when required. Changes do not retroactively reduce an existing purchase’s promised content, refund entitlement, or mandatory rights.
Arizona law governs to the extent applicable, without displacing mandatory protections available where you live. These Terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or exclusive forum that takes away a protected right to bring a claim locally. Please email us about a concern so we can try to resolve it, without limiting your right to seek other remedies. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms and the specific purchase description form the agreement for that purchase; a more protective express purchase promise is not overridden by general wording here.
Workshop & personal video reviews
Your First Hypnosis Demonstration is a standalone digital workshop for $7 USD once. The personal review service is a separate $39 USD one-time purchase, with any applicable tax shown before payment. A workshop or course purchase is not required. Earlier workshop review purchases remain valid under their original purchase promises. Commercial permission is optional.
One review covers a hypnosis-attempt video of up to 10 minutes and Tyler’s personal recorded feedback on what worked, what to adjust and what to do next. You may comment and ask additional questions after receiving the response. Another attempt video requires another available review. Feedback arrives within the same calendar month as a valid accessible submission, typically in three to five business days, using America/Phoenix time. The account shows the due date; correcting an inaccessible or unusable submission does not consume a second credit, and timing runs from the valid corrected submission. Earlier reviews retain any more protective delivery promise.
Active Inner Circle members receive one included review every 30 days regardless of billing schedule. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over. Submission consumes the selected allowance. For this benefit, cancellation or a failed membership payment ends eligibility immediately, and Tyler is not obligated to deliver an outstanding membership-funded review after that happens. This does not shorten other previously promised access or remove mandatory remedies. Unused purchased review credits never expire and remain independent of membership. If both a paid credit and monthly allowance are available, the submission identifies which one is used and consumes only that entitlement.
The workshop’s 14-day refund promise and its conditions are separate from the new review’s discretionary 24-hour, pre-work refund-request policy. Starting work is recorded; earlier purchase promises and mandatory consumer rights remain protected. Read the review service terms and item-specific refund terms.
You retain ownership of submitted footage. Public or commercial reuse requires the separate optional permission and every necessary participant release. Private account access protects the stored links and conversation; external video visibility depends on the hosting provider’s sharing settings. Anyone with an unlisted or anyone-with-link URL may be able to view and reshare it. Original attempt videos hosted or downloaded by us are deleted 90 days after feedback delivery; we cannot delete an uploader’s external original.
