Membership terms
Updated October 19, 2026. These terms apply to the separate Inner Circle coaching membership. Existing members retain the price, subscription, billing schedule, and access agreed at their original checkout.
Your membership and recurring payment
Normal enrollment is currently closed. When it opens, the normal options are $147 USD every month or $397 USD every 3 months. Both billing choices have the same membership benefits. The full recurring amount and any applicable tax are shown before payment. There is no free trial.
Immediate post-purchase founding invitation
An eligible immediate post-purchase invitation may offer a founding rate. The selected amount is shown in that invitation and at checkout. That founding rate remains locked only while the membership remains active. If the membership ends, that rate is no longer guaranteed. The founding rate does not guarantee permanent private coaching; the coaching-format rules below still apply.
Existing subscriptions are not migrated or repriced by this update. Your current billing area and original checkout agreement show the rate and schedule that apply to you.
The Inner Circle is optional and separate from your Core or Lifetime course purchase. Course access is governed by its original purchase terms. Lifetime course access does not include lifetime coaching.
The founding phase
While the Inner Circle has fewer than 10 active paid members and the founding phase is open, membership includes one private 25-minute coaching call each month. Use the private booking page to choose an available time with Tyler. Availability is published in Phoenix time. Please arrange your call while your membership is active.
The group phase
When the Inner Circle first reaches 10 active paid members, the coaching format transitions to two live group sessions per month. These replace the monthly private calls. Sessions include demonstrations, partner practice, technique training, and questions and answers. Existing private call credits earned before the change remain visible in your member area for coordination with Tyler. Once group coaching begins, the group format continues even if the active membership count later falls below 10.
The member area shows the current coaching phase and session details. We do not guarantee permanent private coaching, particular session dates, or attendance by a particular number of members.
Personal video review every 30 days
Active members receive one personal video review with Tyler every 30 days, regardless of monthly, quarterly or other billing schedule. Your account shows the review cycle, available allowance and exact next reset date. The allowance resets to one; unused allowances do not roll over or accumulate. It is consumed when you submit the video.
Submit one hypnosis-attempt video of up to 10 minutes. Tyler records feedback on what worked, what to adjust and what to do next. After receiving the response, you may comment and ask additional questions in the review conversation. A separate new attempt requires another review. Recorded feedback arrives within the same calendar month as a valid accessible submission, typically in three to five business days, using America/Phoenix time. The account shows the deadline, including for month-end submissions. Correcting an inaccessible or unusable submission does not consume a second allowance; delivery timing runs from the valid corrected submission.
For this included-review benefit, cancellation or a failed membership payment makes the membership ineligible immediately, even if other membership access continues through a paid period. Tyler is not obligated to deliver an outstanding membership-funded review after that happens. This does not remove mandatory remedies, other separately purchased access or purchased review credits. Unused purchased review credits never expire and remain independent of membership. One unused paid credit plus one available monthly allowance gives two available reviews. The submission shows which entitlement it uses and consumes only that entitlement.
Recorded feedback and the follow-up conversation remain in your account after membership ends, subject to the stated retention and privacy rules. Commercial use is a separate optional choice, unchecked by default; declining does not affect review eligibility or quality. You keep ownership, and other identifiable participants must provide their own verified releases before reuse. The account protects stored links; unlisted or anyone-with-link footage can still be shared by anyone holding its external URL. Meeting details and joining
Private calls and group sessions take place on Zoom. Each meeting has its own joining link. Booking confirmations and session announcements include the date and time. Your Zoom joining email is scheduled for 15 minutes before the start and becomes available in your member area then. If you need help with the session details, contact Tyler.
Recordings and the replay library
The membership includes a replay and content library. With your consent, your private coaching call is recorded for your own use and delivered in your protected member area. A private call recording is visible only to you and Tyler by default. The shared library contains content approved for members; new session replays are added after the sessions take place.
At booking, you can separately choose whether to consent to a private replay, sharing with other paid members, or use in public content and marketing. These choices are not preselected. Buying the membership does not grant blanket permission to publish your face, voice, or personal disclosures. Tyler confirms recording consent before starting each recording. Declining public or shared-library use does not affect your coaching entitlement. If you do not want a call recorded, tell Tyler before the session so you can arrange an unrecorded call; it will not have a replay.
Content is not automatically published. Wider use requires the relevant participant permission and a release record. Do not submit therapy or client recordings for reuse unless every necessary permission has been obtained.
Community and feedback
Your paid member area includes a private discussion space, direct questions for Tyler, personalized feedback, and coaching coordination. Keep other members’ information private. Practice with informed, willing participants. Do not post private therapy recordings or identifying client information without appropriate permission. Coaching is educational and does not grant a clinical qualification or professional license.
Cancel or manage billing
Sign in to your member area and open Manage billing to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal and general membership access remains available through the paid period shown in billing. The included personal-review benefit has the immediate cancellation rule described above. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid that charge. If you need help, contact tyler@hypnotistsecrets.com. Canceling Inner Circle does not cancel or remove your separately purchased course.
Payment issues and refund requests
If a payment fails, update it from your billing area. Future access requires successful payment. Do not purchase a second subscription to fix an access or billing issue. For a refund request, duplicate charge, undelivered service, or an incorrect payment, email tyler@hypnotistsecrets.com with your checkout email and invoice reference. Cancellation does not itself submit a refund request. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies for faulty or undelivered services.
